| Bio: | First of all I have to say that I’m not from Melbourne. Somebody who is very precious to me lives there. I started reading lj because I wanted to know more about life in Australia. I wanted to know what it feels like to be there, to live there, to be just an ordinary person in that country so very far from the place where I live (I live in Europe). This journal is: 1) An attempt to get closer to Australia, to learn something about the people who live there. If they let me read their diaries it’s only fair that I tell them something about my life (if they are interested of course). I started this experiment also because I hope one day I’ll go to Australia and stay there for longer time, and so this is my little jump in my possible future. Just want to be ready when my future starts. 2) An exercise book, where I practice writing in English. Sometimes it takes all my patience and energy to complete the text just because I can’t express myself in English very well, at least not as well as I’d like to. But I want to learn. Excuse me, if something in my texts sounds very strange and not English at all. I’ll appreciate your suggestions and corrections, especially if English is your native language. 3) An adventure in written form. | ||
